2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You request it within 14 days of your original purchase.
  • You have not exceeded fair usage thresholds, such as uploading large volumes of documents, running high-volume queries, or deploying multiple agents.
  • You provide a clear and reasonable explanation for the refund request (e.g., technical issues, unmet expectations, or accidental charges).

If significant use of premium features is detected, we may decline the refund request at our discretion.
